1. What Nexico is

Nexico is a file hosting and sharing tool. Anyone can upload a file and receive a link. Accounts are optional and free, and require email verification.

2. Acceptable use

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, contains malware, or is used to harass or harm others. We reserve the right to remove any file and ban any IP address or account at our discretion.

3. Storage and deletion

Files are automatically deleted after the site's retention period unless you are signed in and choose a longer or unlimited retention where offered. Uploads may be temporarily paused if server storage capacity is reached. We do not guarantee permanent storage of any file.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost files, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the service.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
